While seating is not assigned, passengers are encouraged to arrive early to select their seat. Seating operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that any assigned seating from other carriers does not apply to Jefferson Lines.

• What if I lose my ticket?

You can access your electronic ticket through your confirmation email or Jefferson Lines Account by selecting 'view my pass' to load your boarding pass with a QR code for boarding.

• What if I need to cancel my ticket?
Non-refundable tickets may be subject to change fees. Refundable tickets can be fully refunded (excluding fees) by filling out the Refund Request form, contacting Customer Care, or visiting a local bus depot.
• What if my bus is canceled?
